Yamaha M1A

This is a very nice Yamaha M1A Upright Piano manufactured in 1983, which offers a light-to-medium touch and is very responsive to play. Its tone is clear and vibrant which are attributes inherent to these excellent instruments. The 1980s were golden years for Yamaha’s production line.

Console pianos, which have a compact action (shorter hammers than a large upright has), but because the console’s action is above the keys rather than below them as in a spinet, a console almost always plays better than a spinet does. Console pianos are a few inches shorter than studio models.
